Goblin Slayer Side Story: Year One, Vol. 13 (manga)

Fighting alongside Elf Fighter, Goblin Slayer presses further into a gloomy cavern where an evil wizard lies in wait. His new sword teacher has a score to settle with this foe, but a swarm of goblins and grotesque animated corpses stands between her and her target. Goblin Slayer offers to deal with the rabble so she can face the wizard alone, leaving both of them fighting for their lives with no guarantee of seeing each other again.
