Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba follows Tanjiro Kamado, a kind-hearted boy who becomes a demon slayer after his family is slaughtered by a demon and his younger sister Nezuko is transformed into one of the creatures herself. Determined to find a cure for Nezuko and avenge his family, Tanjiro trains with the Demon Slayer Corps and travels across Japan hunting demons, including the powerful Twelve Kizuki who serve the series' central villain, Muzan Kibutsuji. Along the way he's joined by fellow young slayers Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira, each bringing their own fighting style and comic relief to the group's dangerous missions. Koyoharu Gotouge's series combines emotional family drama with visually striking sword battles, and became a global phenomenon following its hit anime adaptation.

This volume continues Tanjiro's mission as the Demon Slayer Corps pushes deeper into its fight against Muzan Kibutsuji's forces.
